My name is Bill Huggett and I am the PK-5 principal for the Missouri Valley Community School District. I have been fortunate enough to serve in this capacity since July 2005. I have been in education since 1991. From August 1991 to June 2000 I was a fifth grade teacher and for various periods of time Elementary Student Council Advisor, HS/MS Cross Country Coach, 8th grade basketball coach, and HS Track Coach for the Marshall Public Schools in Marshall, Wisconsin which is east of Madison. From June 2000-August 2003 I served at K-12 Activities Director and Middle School Principal for the Waterloo School District in Waterloo Wisconsin. I went back to Marshall to serve as Middle School Principal/District Technology Director from August 2003 to June 2005.
I have always enjoyed the elementary setting and working with students, staff and parents. Missouri Valley has been a great place to learn and work and I appreciate all the opportunities that I have been given. My wife Katie, works in the school of medicine for Creighton University and we live in Omaha.
