A little about me... This is my fourth year with the Missouri Valley School District. I was hired in 2008 to lead Missouri Valley's Alternative Center for Education (ACE). I spent the previous 11 years working at Unity High School, the alternative high school that previously served the five districts in Harrison County. I have also coached basketball and volleyball at both the junior high and high school levels in Woodbine. I am originally from Denver, IA, a small town about 15 miles north of Waterloo and Cedar Falls. I graduated from Denver High School and furthered my education at Mankato State University where I also played volleyball for the Lady Mavs. I coached the sophomore team at Mankato East High School during my student teaching experience. I moved to Woodbine in 1992 and continue to reside in town. I am married and have two kids. Davis is a senior and Paige is a sophomore. My husband and I enjoy watching them perform in their numerous activities. I am an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and enjoy going to a football game or two each season. GO HAWKS!!
