PaySchools Issues

Alert from PaySchools: Over the weekend, PaySchools made several updates to its online payment processing system. Despite achieving successful results in the testing environment, the PaySchools PRN (Payment Received Notification) interface between PaySchools and JMC is not currently functioning properly. PaySchools is still able to process payments. However, PaySchools is unable to communicate with JMC and therefore payments are not being reflected in the JMC database. Our programmers at PaySchools are working diligently with individuals at JMC to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Until a resolution is available, PaySchools transactions will not import automatically into JMC and lunch balances will not reflect purchases. PaySchools administrators may locate recent sales information by logging into the PaySchools program to run sales reports. Once fixed, all orders will synchronize with JMC and student accounts will properly reflect all recent purchases.
Our school is aware of the problem and is taking steps to alleviate it until
PaySchools and JMC have it repaired.
