Elementary School: Teaching Staff: 1st Caddell

Mr. Caddell Bio

by Beau Caddell

August 21, 2006

Hello!

My name is Beau Caddell. I’ve been working in the Missouri Valley school system for the past three years as the Kindergarten and 1st grade resource instructor. I also helped with the kindergarten and 1st grade guided reading program.

When the 2006-2007 school year begins I’ll be making the move to a 1st grade classroom.

I enjoyed my time in resource and all the students I had the opportunity to work with, but I’m very excited about working with the first grade full time.

I grew up in Logan, Iowa . I graduated from high school in 1997. I attended Iowa Western Community College for two years before transferring to Dana College in Blair, Nebraska. While at Dana I majored in special ed

K-12 and regular education K-6. I graduated from Dana in January of 2003 and started working at Missouri Valley in August of that year.

I like to read books, ride mountain bikes, play videos games, and play guitar. I’m a huge football fan and root for the Iowa State Cyclones and the Oakland Raiders. I enjoy baseball with The Angels being my favorite team.  Many of the students at Missouri Valley elementary can tell you that I really like Star Wars and BatMan!
